This privacy policy describes how Mixnmatch AB (org. no. 559469-1593), operating VendingBuddy.se, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us.

What data do we collect?
When you submit a quote request or contact us through our forms, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, the service or machine your enquiry concerns, and your message. We also collect anonymised visitor statistics via Google Analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and browser.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your contact details to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and fulfil any agreements. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps prior to entering a contract (Article 6.1 b and f GDPR). Visitor statistics are used to improve the website and rely on our legitimate interest; IP addresses are anonymised.
How long is data stored?
Data from enquiries is kept as long as needed to handle the matter, normally up to 24 months. If you become a customer, data required by the Swedish Accounting Act is kept for the statutory period. Visitor statistics in Google Analytics are stored for up to 14 months.
Third parties and processors
Our contact forms are handled by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our email. Visitor statistics are collected by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. No cookies are used for targeted advertising. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data rectified, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
